Telephone and Telegraph Company, a Georgia Corporation, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has quitclaimed, released, and surrendered and by these
presents does quitclaim, release, and surrender to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, such rights
