ADDRESS OF PREMISES: A tract of land containing approximately 1.9 acres ofland situated easterly of the
western city limits and north of Oglethorpe A venue in the city of Augusta, GA, as shown in Exhibit A hereinafter
referred to as the "Leased Premises."
This Agreement. made and entered into this date by and between

AUGUSTA, GA 30902
hereinafter called the Lessor. and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called tbe Government
WH ERAS. by modification agreement dated 22 Nov 1957 the tenn of said lease was extended to 30 June 2007; and
WHERAS. it is desired to modify said lease as modified to extend the term tbereoffrom 30 June 2007 to and including 30 June
2027:
NOW THEREFORE. in consideration of the leased premises and the foregoing, it is agreed tbat said Lease is and shall
be amended etlcctivc I Jul 2007 as follows:
(I) DELETE FROM PARAGRAPH 5. OF LEASE NOy@"40225 THE FOLLOWING: "30th day of2007." and insert in lieu
therec,f"30'h day of2027."
All other tenns and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the parties subscribed their names as of the above date.
