AMENDMENT TO LEASE
COUNTY OF RICHMOND

TillS AMENDMENT TO LEASE, made and entered into this ~ day of July, 2002,
to be effective August 1, 2002, by and between AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, by and through the
General Aviation Commission, ("Lessor"), and N.V.A., INC., ("Lessee");
WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS, the City Council of Augusta, Georgia, by the General Aviation Commission,
did on September 6, 1977, execute (ffid deliver as Lessor that certain Lease Agreement ("Ground
Lease") to David W. Fry as Lessee (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease"); and
WHEREAS, said Lease has been amended and assigned numerous times and the current
parties in interest are Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia, by the General Aviation Commission,
as Lessor and N. V .A., Inc. as Lessee; and
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee wish to further amend the Lease in certain respects.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/lOO ($10.00)
Dollars, and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid by Lessee to Lessor, the receipt
and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, Lessor and Lessee, do hereby modify the Lease
as follows:
1. Term. The term of said Lease is hereby extended until midnight of July 31, 2017,
2. Options to Renew and Extend. Lessee shall have two (2) options to renew and
extend the Lease term for an additional term of five (5) years for each renewal and
extension. Lessee shall exercise said option to renew by written notice to Lessor,
given not less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then term of the
Lease.

3. Rental. Effective August 1, 2002, the annual rental shall be $35,750,00,
payable monthly in advance in installments of $2,979.17. Should Lessee exercise
either or both of the five (5) year options to renew and extend the Lease, the base
rental for said renewal period shall be increased by the percentage increase of the
Consumer Price Index then in effect over and above the Consumer Price Index in
effect on the date five (5) years prior to the commencement of the renewal term.
Except as specifically amended herein, Lessor and Lessee do hereby ratify and confirm all
other terms of the Lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Lessor and Lessee have caused these presents to be executed
by their duly authorized officers and officials and their seals affixed hereto the date and year first
above written.
