It is hereby agreed between the parties hereto that the Real
E~tate Lease dated May S, 1997 is hereby exterided for ~ period 6f
one year heginning March 1, 2000 and, ending February 28, 2001
under the same terms and conditions ,and for the s~e ,mont}1ly
rental of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($490.00).
This Amendment .to be' ,attached ,to and become a part 'of
Real E~tate Lease dated May 6, 1997.
Itis mutually understood and agreed that thesaid'Real
Estate Lease dated May 6, 1997"as amended, shall beatid remain
in full force andeffec.t .and .unmodified, except as the.same i~
specifically modified arid amended hereby. All terms, . covenants,
obligations, provisions and conditions of said Real Estate Lease
not modi~ied or amended by this Amen~ent, are hereby ratified
and confirmed.

AMENDMENT TO
RICHMOND COUNTY
REAL ESTATE LEASE
THIS AMENDMENT TO REAL ESTATE LEASE dated March 6, 1997
by and between ALONZO P. BOARDMAN, JR., TRUSTEE (LESSOR) and
AUGUSTA RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION ~ (LESSEE). -
It is hereby agreed between the parties hereto that the Real
Estate Lease dated March 6, 1997 is hereby extended for a
period of one (1) year beginning March 1, 1998 and ending
February 28, 1999 with sixty day written cancellation notice by
either party at the monthly rental set out below:
TERM MONTHLY RENTAL
3/1/98-2/28/99 ------------------------------ $490.00
The Real Estate Lease dated March 6, 1997 is hereby further
amended to read (description of property) :
"SUITE I CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY TWO HUNDRED FORTY-TWO
. (242) FEET AND SUITE II CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY FOUR HUNDRED
(400) SQUARE FEET, NOT TO INCLUDE THE REAR OFFICE SPACE WHICH HAS
A SEPARATE ENTRANCE DOOR FROM THE HALLWAY, GROUND FLOOR, #15
EIGHTH STREET, AUGUSTA, GEORGIA 30901 (SPACE BEING ON THE RIGHT
AND LEFT SIDE AS YOU ENTER THE BUILDING FROM EIGHTH STREET
(RIVERWALK) ."
This Amendment to be attached to and become a part of
Real Estate Lease dated March 6, 1997.
It is mutually understood and agreed that the said Real
Estate Lease dated March 6, 1997, ~s amended~ shall be and
remain in full force and effect and unmodified, except as the

same is specifically modified and amended hereby. All terms,
covenants, obligations, provisions and conditions of said
Real Estate Lease, as amended, not modified or amended by
