PROJECT Barton Chapel Rd. Widening and Drainage
WITNESSETH that Young Soo Choe and Soon Ja Choe, the undersigned, is (are) the owner( s) of a tract of
land in Augusta, Georgia, which over, through, and across the above Project has been laid out by Southern Partners,
Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta Public Works and
Engineering Department, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said land by the construction and maintenance of said
Project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I
do hereby grant, sell and convey to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, a
perpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth, over, through and across the following lands, to-wit:
Said perpetual easement on Tax Map 95, Parcel 2..Q. consists of 2,499 s.f.. of permanent storm drainage
easement, more or less, and said perpetual easement on Tax Map 95, Parcel 386.02 consists of 922 sq. ft. of
permanent storm drainage easement, more or less, as shown on a plat of the property prepared by Southern Partners,
Inc, dated August 10, 2000, revised N/ A, attached hereto and made by reference a part hereof for a more accurate and
complete description of the perpetual easement.
ALSO granted are temporary construction easements consisting of...1ill.. s.f., more or less, on Tax Map 95,
Parcel 26; and 1.750 sq. ft., more or less, on Tax Map 95, Parcel 386.02, as shown on said plat; said temporary
construction easements to expire at the completion and fmal acceptance of said Project by Augusta, Georgia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses, to-wit: storm drainage. construction and
maintenance.
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of t~t underSign;d.
