This Easement Is for the purpose of providing vehicular Ingress and egress from the property of Grantee to West Vlneland Road In compliance with the agreement contained in the 1999 Easement. Grantor has provided the appropriate curb cut on West Vineland Road and either has completed or will complete all additional requirements contained in the 1999 Easement. Grantee, at Its own expense, shall maintain said Easement. Grantee shall be solely responsible for maintaining said Easement at its sole cost in the future. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-granted permanent easement unto the Grantee, Its successors and assigns forever and In perpetuity. Neither GRANTOR, its successors or assigns, nor any other person or persons claiming under them shall at any time, by any means or ways, have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid described Easement premises or appurtenances or any rights thereof.
