Now, therefore, in consideration of the benefits to my property by the construction of
a sanitary sewer , and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) paid
in hand, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. I do hereby grant Richmond County necessary ease'
ment for the construction of a sanitary sewer . as shown by above drawing, and also release
said County from any claim of damage arising on account of construction of said sanitary sewer
