WITNESSETH that-J c Alton E. Stewart, Jr.
the undersigned, is" the owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND
COUNTY, which over, through, and across the above Project has been
laid out by W.R. Toole Enqineers, Inc. to which reference is hereby
made.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said
property by the construction and maintenance of said project, and
in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey
to Richmond County and their successors in office a perpetual
easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth, over,
through and across the following lands, to-wit:
Said easement is hereby conveyed, consisting of 125.00
S.F. of permanent utility easement and a temporary construction
easement as shown on a plat of the property prepared by W.R. Toole
Enqineers, Inc., dated 2-24-95 , revised N/A
attached hereto and made a part of this description.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses,
to-wit: Installation and maintenance of 12" Public Water Main.
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns
of the undersigned.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the
day above written.
