THIS CONVEYANCE, made and executed thi~_day of cY"7 19-'a-
WITNESSETH: That Albert Weis , the undersigned, is ,the
owner of a tract of land in said County through which a sanitary sewer has been surveyed
as a part of the County llmSystem of Richmond County, as shown. by the following drawing.

The rights herein acquired by Richmond County, Georgia, are granted by the under-
signed upon the specific condition precedent that at all times during the excavation,
c6nsttuc:f;ion and re-filling of said sewer line, after 5:30 o'clock P.M. upon each
day durin9 the entire period of construction, the entrance and exit driveways, as
presently laid and located, leading to and from the drive-in theatre owned and
operated by the undersigned upon the premises shown upon the attached plat, shall
be unobstructed for vehicular ingress and egress to and from said drive-in theatre
and Phinizy Road, and that during all daylight hours prior to 5:30 P.M., either one
or the other of said driveways shall be open for such vehicular traffic at all
times, which unimpeded rights of 'ingress and egress as hereinabove defined shall
be provided by the installation and maintenance of temporary bridges during such
hours by Richmond County or such contractors as may be actually engaged in the
laying of such sewer lines. Said temporary bridges shall be of a type, size and
strength adequate to maintain the normal and usual flow of traffic to and from
the undersigned's drive in theatre during the hours above specified and shall be
promptly reinstalled whenever removed for the purpose of construction work at the
times and during the hours above specified."
Now, therefore, in consideration of the benefits to my property by the construction of.:..c....
sanitary sewer ,and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) paid
in hand, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. I do hereby grant Richmond County the right of
