Peters Daily referred to as the party of the first part, and RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as th e party of the second part; hereinafter WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of .Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand well and truly paid by ~he party of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other valuable consideration, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, an easement in perpetuity under, across and through the following described property, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the "parcel of land," to-wit: STATION 185+36.3 AND 32.5' RIGHT TO STATION 188+45.4 AND 32.5' RIGHT~ TYPICAl. Said easements being located between Station 185+36.3 and 32.5' Right to 188+45.4 and 32.5' Right of "the Main". The baseline of reference being the Western edge of asphalt pavement on Ga. Hwy. #56 and having an origin, being Station 0+00 at the centerline intersection of Ga. Hwy. #56 Loop and said ,Western edge of asphalt pavement on Ga. Hwy. '56. Said easement being in the nature of a right-of-way for the purpose of laying, relaying, installing, extending, operating,' repairing and rp.aintaining pipelines transporting and carrying potable water , the same hereinafter being referred to as the "project;" Together with the right, when construction or maintenance is necessary, to dig such trenches in said parcel of land as may be necessary for the project; to pile thereon the material excavated, and to haul pipe, supplies and equipment connected with the construction and 'maintenance thereof, over, along and across . thE' Raid, oarcel of land.
