Lawson Graham & Associates, Inc., dated y 9, 2005, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to which reference is made for a more accurate and Iplete description of the metes, bounds and courses, and being for the purpose of laying, relaying, .acing, installing, extending, operating, repairing and maintaining pipelines transporting and carrying ity services for this project, as well as future projects of the Augusta Utilities Department. Also granted is a temporary construction easement, shown on said plat as "Construction ement 0.39 Ac. (17,136 S.F.)". THE PARTY OF THE FffiST PART, its successors, assigns and legal representatives, after the Ipletion of this Project, shall have the right to use said parcel of land in any manner not inconsistent or rfering with the rights herein granted. Specifically excluded, however, is the right to erect, construct l1aintain thereon any buildings, structures, or other permanent improvements.
