EASEMENT DEED
THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the I Zti-.. day of ArbJff, 19~.
WITNESSETH that Randal G. Salzman the undersigned, is the owner of a trdct of land in
RICHMOND COUNTY, Georgia, which over, through, and across the above Project has been laid out by
Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst, P.c. to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and
maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, a perpetual easement for the purpose and uses
hereinafter set forth, over, through and across the following lands, to-wit.
Said easement is hereby conveyed, consisting of 7,940 S,F. of permanent utility easement and
1,850 S.F. of temporary construction easement as shown on a plat of the property prepared by" CRW, P.C;.
dated 9/15/98, revised nla, attached hereto and made a part of this description. Said temporary
construction easement to expire at the completion and [mal acceptance of subject Project or one year after
signature of easement document.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses,
to-wit: Installation and Maintenance of a Raw Water Transmission Main
Project: 60" Raw Water Transmission Main
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.
