Said easement consists of 0.07 Acre, more or less, as shown on a plat prepared by Brian G, Besson':'d-ateCf r~ifar~to'oO~ attacn'ed"I'i'ereto and made a part hereof, to which reference is made for a more accurate and complete description of the metes, bounds and courses, and being for the purpose of laying, relaying, installing, extending, operating, repairing and maintaining pipelines transporting and carrying utility services, the same hereinafter being referred to as the "Project" The exact location of the utility line will be determined during construction and the permanent easement will be centered over said line and extend ten (10) feet on either side of the full length of said line. '\ Owner, his heirs, assigns and legal representatives, after the completion of the Project, shall have the right to use said parcel of land in any manner not inconsistent or interfering with the rights herein granted, excluding however, the right to plant thereon any trees or other vegetation that may interfere with the operation of the ipipelines, and to erect, construct or maintain thereon any buildings, structures, or other permanent improvements.
