ON: Motion to approve and accept an exchange of easements between James and
Franklin and Augusta, Georgia.
;ROUND: James and Cynthia Franklin own property near Wrightsboro Road and West
Parkway. In order to construct a building on this property, a portion of an existing
it that is owned by Augusta will need to be abandoned. This is shown as "Easement to
ldoned" on the attached plat. The Franklins have requested that this portion of the
easement be abandoned to them. In exchange, the Franklins have agreed to Deed new
it to Augusta, which is shown as "New 20' Sanitary Sewer Easement 3 ", on said plat.
ISIS: The existing easement is the only avenue Augusta has to serve an existing
on Wrightsboro Road, should the need arise. The new easement, however, will allow
