property was purchased by the City in connection with the Windsor Spring Road
Improvement Project, and which deed was recorded in Book 702 commencing at
page 73. Please retain this deed in the City's permanent records.

PROJECT Windsor Spring Road Improvement
TIllS CONVEYANCE made and executed the J!L day of -1l-~ ' 2000 .
WITNESSETH that Joyce W. Goings, the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in
RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Windsor Sprinl!Road Improvement. known as Windsor Sprinl! Road
Improvement Project, has been laid out by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly described in a
map and drawing of said project in the Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
. of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0.059 acre, more or less; and N/A acre
of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or less; and 800.07 sq. ft. of temporary construction
easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc., dated
January 8, 2000, and revised Mav 1. 2000, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have here
