RIClIMOND COUNTY, through which Windsor Sprinl; Hoad Improvement, known a~ Windsor Sprinl.: Hoad
Improvcmcnt Projcct, has been luid out by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particulurly described in a
map and drawing of said project in the Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, 'I'll EREFOR E, in consideration or the bendit to ~aid property by the construction and maintenance
or said projl:et, and in cOllsideration or ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whercof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augu~la, Cieorgia, a political ~ubdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-or-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID righl-or-way is hereby conveyed in lee simple, consisting of (l.OOS acre, more or less; and N/A aere

power and authority to act for me and in my name,
It is my express desire that my friend, NANCY L. HUMBLET,
act individually as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact with full
power and authority to act for me and in my name,
1. To pledge, mortgage or execute deeds of trust for,
possess, manage, lease, let, sell, convey, transfer, assign,
exchange or otherwise dispose of any or all of my property, real,
personal or mixed, on such terms, considerations or conditions as
my aforesaid attorneys may deem proper and to execute and deliver
good and sufficient instruments for the accomplishment thereof,
2. To, take possession and order the removal and shipment
of any of my property from any post, warehouse, depot, dock or

4. To pay, compromise or otherwise discharge and secure
releases from any obligation or claims, debts, bequests, devise or
inheritance in which I now or hereafter may have interest in any
lawsuit,.in any court or courts, whatever.
5. To prepare, execute and file any income or other tax
returns and other governmental reports, applications, requests and
documents.
6. To execute vouchers oh my behalf for any and all
allowances and reimbursements, properly payable to me by the United
States.
7. To receive, endorse and collect the proceeds of
checks payable to the order of the undersigned drawn on the
Treasurer of the Uni ted States, which. may come into my said
attorneys' hands as such attorneys, and all checks, monies, ~ills
of exchange, drafts, promissory notes; and other orders of
securities for money payable or belonging to me, and for that
purpose, to sign my name, and endorse the same for deposit or
collections and from time to time, to withdraw any and all monies
deposited as aforesaid and for the purpose, to draw in my name
checks, drafts or orders for payment of money,
FURTHER, I do empower my said attorneys-in-fact, jointly
and severally, to perform all necessary acts in the execution of
