THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed theJUdday of j)~~ , 19 q 9 .
WITNESSETH that Alice A. Kirkland, Individually, and Alice A. Kirkland: as Surviving Spouse
of Hiram C. Kirkland, the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY,
through which Willis Foreman Road Drainage Improvement, known as Project Willis Foreman Road
Drainage Improvement, has been laid out by Augusta Public Works Department, being more particularly
described in a map and drawing of said project in the Office of Public Works, to which reference is
hereby made.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and
maintenance of said project, arid in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way
for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0.06 acre, more or les's, and
2.254.51 sq. ft. of temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property
prepared by Augusta Department of Public Works dated March 1 L 1999. and revised March 30. 1999,
attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my
heirs, executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.
