the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia at Realty Reel 141,
Page 2581, having been paid in full and the undersigned being the
present holder and the owner of such deed, the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia is authorized and
directed to cancel that deed of record.

The Augusta-Richmond County Commission, at their regular meeting held on Tuesday, March
18, 2008, authorized Mayor to execute cancellation of security deed In the amount of $5,000.00 given to
Willie L. Rivers and Eunice Rivers on November 2, 1981 by Augusta, Georgia through the Planning
Commission. (Approved by Finance Committee March 10.2008)
