GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY PROJECT Warren Road Improvement
THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the 3,....~ day of MA-V ,20 04::
WITNESSETH that Richmond County Board of Education. the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of
land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Warren Road, known as Warren Road Improvement
.Proiect, has been laid out by W, R. Toole Engineers, Inc" being more particularly described in a map and
drawing of said project in the Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1,00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed,
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 2,807.69 sq, ft, (0.06 acre) , more or
less; and N/A Sq, ft, of permanent utility easement, more or less; and N/A sq, ft. of temporary construction
easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by W, R. Toole Engineers, Inc" dated
April 30, 2004, and revised N/A, attached hereto and made a part of this description,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple,
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents,
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written,

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has been petitioned to
accept a Right of Way deed from Richmond County Board of Education, as shown on the
attached map;
WHEREAS, 111 connection with the Warren Road Improvement Project the
Richmond County Board of Education is donating the necessary right of way in front of
Warren Road Elementary School.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Mayor is granted the authority
to execute the acceptance of the Right of Way Deed from Richmond County Board of
Education,
