THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the /7 day of (!)~ bt~ ,200t........
WITNESSETH that T. Davis Familv Properties, LLC, the undersigned, is the owner of a tract ofland in
RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Warren Road, known as Warren Road Improvement Proiect, has
been laid out by Brian G. Besson and Associates, P.C., being more particularly described in a map and drawing
of said project in the Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, .and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 10,181.00 sq. 1'1., more or less; and
N/A sq. ft. of permanent utility easement, more or less; and 3,525.00 sq. 1'1. of temporary construction easement,
more or less, as shown on a drawing of the prope'rtyapproved by Brian G. Besson and Associates, P.c., dated
Mav 15, 2002, and revised N/A, att~ched hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that 1 have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.

PROJECT Morgan Road Improvement
WITNESSETH that Ronald R. Williamson, the undersigned, is (are) the owner(s) of a tract ofland in
Augusta, Georgia, which over, through, and across the above Project has been laid out by PM & A Consulting
Engineers (Harbin & Harbin), being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the
Augusta Public Works and Engineering Department, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said land by the construction and maintenance of
said Project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, a perpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth, over, through and across the following
lands, to-wit:
Said perpetual slope easement consists of 600 sq. ft., more or less, as shown on a plat of the property
prepared by PM & A Consulting Engineers (Harbin & Harbin), dated January 2000 , revised January 2001 ,
attached hereto and made by reference a part hereof for a more accurate and complete description of the perpetual
easement.
ALSO granted is a temporary construction easement consisting of 800.78 sq. ft. , more or less, as shown
on said plat, said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion and final acceptance of said Project
by Augusta, Georgia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses, to-wit: construction and maintenance.
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.

EASEMENT
PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 151-0-138-00-0 ADDRESS: 3834 Lake Ontario Street
THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this ~ day of oa-r- 2002, between Tyjuan
Parris and Tabitha Eunice, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Augusta, Georgia, a political
subdivision under the laws of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as AUGUSTA;
WITNESSETH, that Owner, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand
and truly paid by Augusta at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, and other valuable
consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and
confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Augusta, its
successors and assigns, an easement in perpetuity under, across and through the hereinafter described
parcel of land.
Said easement consists of 2,105.88 Square Feet, more or less, as shown on a plat prepared by
Southern Partners, Inc., dated 8/8/01, revised 7/3/02, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to which
reference is made for a more accurate and complete description of the metes, bounds and courses, and
being for the purpose of laying, relaying, installing, extending, operating, repairing and maintaining
pipelines transporting and carrying utility services.
Owner does also grant unto Augusta a temporary easement consisting of N/A, more or less, as
shown on said plat. Said easement is granted together with the right to dig such trenches in said parcel of
land as may be necessary for the Project, to pile thereon the material excavated, and to haul pipe,
supplies and equipment connected with the construction and maintenance thereof, over, along and
across the said parcel of land. Said temporary easement shall expire at the completion and final
acceptance of the Project by Augusta.
Owner does also grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Augusta, its successors and assigns, the
right to clear, and keep clear, all trees, undergrowth and other obstructions from said permanent
easement, along with the free right of ingress and egress to and from said permanent easement for this
purpose.
Owner, their heirs, assigns and legal representatives, after the completion of this Project, shall
have the right to use said parcel of land in any manner not inconsistent or interfering with the rights herein
granted, excludinQ, however, the right to plant thereon any trees or other vegetation that may interfere
with the laying, relaying, installing, extending, operating, repairing and maintaining of pipelines
transporting and carrying utility services and the right to erect, construct or maintain thereon any
buildings, structures, or other permanent improvements.

unto Augusta, its successors and assigns, in perpetuity.

defend unto Augusta, its successors and assigns, the rights, ways, easements privileges and
appurtenances conveyed herein, against the claim of any person or persons whomsoever.
