joins in this conveyance for the purpose of releasing and quitclaiming all of its right,
title and interest in and to the Deed to Secure Debt deed from lORA l. WOOTEN,
MARY E. KELLY AND SHELLY l. HOPKINS DBA SHAPER'S HAIR & NAIL
SALON, A Georgia Partnership, to SouthTrust Bank in Augusta, Georgia, dated May
28, 2003, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond
County, Georgia in Book 865, page 1935, said Deed to Secure Debt being satisfied
pro tanto only as to the property conlM&ting of 0.1'0 acN (6,283.66 SCJ. ft.), in fee,
and 0.110 acre (4,778.82 sq. ft.) of permanent consfnlctlon and malncettanca
easement and bemg conveyed to Augusts, Georgia, but to remain in full force and
effect as to the properl'i not hereinbefore released. R i& expressly understood that
the re1ease of said parcel from the lien shail not in any way affect the lien of said
Deed to Secure Debt upon the remaining land and property subject to the Deed to
Secure Debt.
