July and William Morgan, as former officers or directors of V ALLEY PARK ESTATES
RECREATION CLUB, INC., a dissolved Georgia Corporation, of the State of Georgia, County
of Richmond, of the first part; and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, of the State of Georgia and County
of Richmond, of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
acknowledged, have bargained, sold and by these presents do remise, convey and forever
Quit-Claim to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, of the second part, his heirs and assigns, all of his right,
title and interest in and to the following described property, to-wit:
All that irregular shaped tract and parcel of land, situate, lying and being in
Richmond County, Georgia, in the subdivision known as V ALLEY PARK
ESTATES, being shown and delineated in red on a plat made by Charles T.
Alexander, dated August 28, 1968, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the

Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 35-R, page 932.
Said tract being bounded, North by Willow Creek Road and Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of
said plat; East by Lots 1 and 2, said plat; South by road known as Valley Park
East; and West by Lot 11 and 3 of said plat. For a more particular description of
the metes, bounds and location of this conveyed property, reference is made to
said plat.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises to the said party of the second
part, so that neither the said party of the first part nor his heirs and assigns, nor any other person
or persons claiming under him shall at any time, by and means or ways, have, claim or demand
any right or title to the aforesaid described premises or appurtenances, or any rights thereof.
IT WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and
seal on the day and year above written.
