THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the J1 day Of_n o..vc.L , 20 .Q1.
WITNESSETH that U-HAUL REAL ESTATE COMPANY, the undersigned, (hereinafter referred
to as 'Grantor'), is the owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND County through which S.R. 28/ ST.
SEBASTIAN WAY / GREEN ST. EXTENSION, known as Project No. DE-00MS(389), has been
laid out by the Department of Transportation being more particularly described in a map and
drawing of said road in the office of the Department of Transportation, No. 2 Capitol Square,
Atlanta, Georgia, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and
maintenance of said road, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant, sell and convey to said
Department of Transportation, and their successors in office so much land as to make a right of
way for said road as surveyed, being more particularly described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in 490 Georgia Militia District of RICHMOND
County, Georgia, and being more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereto by this reference.
Said right of way is hereby conveyed, consisting of 0.009 acres, more or less, as shown
colored yellow on the plat of the property prepared by the Department of Transportation, dated
November 1, 2004, said plat attached hereto and made a part of this deed as Exhibit "B".
For the same consideration Grantor hereby conveys and relinquishes to the Department of
Transportation all rights of access between the limited access highway and approaches thereto
on the above numbered highway project and Grantor's remaining real property from which said
right of way is taken except at such points as designated and shown on the attached plat
prepared by the Department of Transportation.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple and any rights Grantor
has or may have in and to existing public rights of way are hereby quitclaimed and conveyed unto
the Department of Transportation. Grantor hereby warrants that Grantor has the right to sell
and convey said land and bind himself, his heirs, executors and administrators forever to defend
by virtue of these presents.
IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set his hand and seal the day above
written.

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in 490 Georgia Militia District of RICHMOND
County, Georgia, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 25.47 feet left of and opposite Station 46+59.03 on the construction
centerline of BL RIVERWATCH PKWY OFF-RAMP on Georgia Highway Project No. DE-
00MS(389) ; running thence S 21015'05.0" W a distance of 12.19 feet to a point 37.00 feet left of
and opposite station 46+54.97 on said construction centerline laid out for BL RIVERWATCH
PKWY OFF-RAMP; thence northwesterly 72.300 feet along the arc of a curve (said curve having
a radius of 1236.240 feet and a chord distance of 72.289 feet on a bearing of N 51020'20.4" W) to
the point 37.00 feet left of and opposite station 47+29.43 on said construction centerline laid out
for BL RIVERWATCH PKWY OFF-RAMP; thence S 60057'32.0" E a distance of 69.62 feet back
to the point of beginning. Containing 0.009 acres more or less.
ALSO granted is the right to construct and maintain over and upon my land any embankments,
cuts and slopes as may be deemed proper by the Georgia Department of Transportation to
support or accommodate the improvement of said road within the area shown colored orange on
the attached plat.

PARTIAL RELEASE
RICHMOND COUNTY
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, LASALLE BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY CAPITAL I INC., COMMERCIAL
MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HQ6, as Assignee from MORGAN
STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. pursuant to that certain ASSIGNMENT OF DEED TO
SECURE DEBT, SECURITY INSTRUMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS AND ASSIGNMENT
OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS, dated September 9th
2005, hereby releases and quitclaims all of its right, title and interest in and to the Deed to Secure Debt,
Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents from AREC 9, LLC and UHIL 9, LLC to MORGAN
STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., dated June 8, 2005, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1010, page 1864, and re-recorded in
1012, page 302, said Deed to Secure Debt, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents satisfied pro
tanto only as to the property described on Exhibit A, hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof,
said property being conveyed to Augusta, Georgia, but to remain in full force and effect as to the property
not hereinbefore released.
It is expressly understood that the release of said parcel from the lien shall not in any way
affect the lien of said Deed to Secure Debt, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents upon the
remaining land thereby subject to said Deed to Secure Debt, Security Agreement and Assignment of
Rents.
Further, LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR
MORGAN STANLEY CAPITAL I INC., COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH
CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HQ, hereby releases and quitclaims all of its right, title and interest in
and to the Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Deposits from AREC 9, LLC and UHIL 9, LLC
to MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., dated June 8, 2005, and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1010, page 1984, said
Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Deposits satisfied pro tanto only as to the property
described on Exhibit A, hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof, said property being
conveyed to Augusta, Georgia, but to remain in full force and effect as to the property not hereinbefore
released.
It is expressly understood that the release of said parcel from said lien shall not in any
way affect the lien of said Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Deposits upon the remaining
land thereby subject to said Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Deposits.
