THIS INDENTURE, Made this f,-J" day of 2010
between The City of Augusta for License and spection Department, Code
Enforcement Division, Richmond County Tax FIFA, (Grantor) of the State of
Georgia and -County of Richmond of the first part, and Lester Laughinghouse
(Grantee) of the State of Georgia and County of Richmond of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is acknowledge, has bargained, sold and by these presents does
remise, convey and forever QUIT -CLAIM to the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns, all of her undivided interest in the following described property, to-wit:
All that parcel, place, and lot of land, situate, lying and being in the State
of Georgia, County of Richmond. and City of Augusta, together with the
buildings and improvements thereon, fronting seventy -four and six - tenths
feet (74- 6110 ), more or less, on the South side of Florence Street and
extending back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of sixty -six feet
(66'), more or less, and being known and designed as Lots "E" on a
certain plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 25 -K, pages 486 -487, the
improvements on said lot is known as 1128 Florence Street under the
present system of house numbering in the City of Augusta.
The above described property is a portion of the property conveyed to
Lester Laughinghouse by Warranty Deed dated September 26, 1979 and
recorded in said Clerk's Office in Book 122, Page 1936_

This instrument is being given for the purpose of releasing any and all interest
the party of the first part herein may have in and to the above described property, by
virtue of certain FiFa's, entered in and recorded as follows:

liens are to otherwise remain in full force and effect.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises to the party of the second
part, so that neither party of the first part nor her heirs, nor any other person or persons
claiming under her shall at any time, by any means or ways, have, claim or demand any
right to title to the aforesaid described premises or appurtenances, or any rights thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto set her
hand and seal, the day and year above written.
