WHEREAS the Augusta- Richmond County Commission did, at its regular meeting
held February 6, 2001, approve the issuance of a quit-claim deed. to Mildred Willingham
for the property located in Lots 31 and 32, Block A, and Lot 8, Block C, Summerville East
Subdivison;

MILDRED WILLINGHAM, as Party of the Second Part;

WITNESSETH
THAT THE SAID Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release and forever quitclaim to said
Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns the following described property, to-wit:
ALL THOSE LOTS OR PARCELS OF LAND, with all
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Augusta,
Georgia, and being known and designated as Lots 31 and 32 of
Block "A" and Lot 8 of Block "C," Summerfield East
Subdivision (Southeast Urban Renewal Area Project No. GA R-
156), as shown on a plat recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty
Reel 132, Pages 559-566; reference being made to said plat for
a more complete and accurate description as to metes, courses,
bounds and location of said property.
THIS DEED is subject to any utility easements which have
been granted in the past and for all telephone lines, gas lines,
or power lines for the transmission of electricity which have
been granted in the past and the Party of the First Part herein
reserves any such easement over the storm drainage system,
sewerage and the road and street system over the property
herein conveyed, and for the purpose of the maintenance and
installation of power lines for the transmission of electricity,
telephone lines, and gas lines for the purpose of serving said
property and the property adjacent thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property to the said Party of the Second Part, her
heirs and assigns, so that neither the said Party of the First Part nor its successors nor any
other person or persons claiming under it shall at any time hereafter, by any way or means,
have claim or demand any right, title or interest in or to the aforesaid property or it

appurtenances or any part thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Said Party of the First Part has caused same to be
