BOX 927, Augusta, Georgia 30903, joins in this conveyance for the purpose of releasing and quitclaiming all of its right, title and interest in and to the Security Deed from STRAIT GATE APOSTOLIC CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST, INC. to TRUST COMPANY BANK OF AUGUSTA, N.A., dated February 23, 1993 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Reel 412, page 140; modified by Modification Agreement between Strait Gate Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. and SunTrust Bank of Augusta, N.A., dated January 10, 1999 and recorded in Realty Reel 631, page 1038; and modified by Modification Agreement between Strait Gate Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. and SunTrust Bank (fna SunTrust Bank of Augusta, N.A.) dated March 2, 2000 and recorded in Realty Reel 682, page 1630, said Security Deed being satisfied pro tanto only as to the property consisting of 0.10 acre, more or less, in fee, and 1.25 acres, more or less, of temporary construction easement and being conveyed to Augusta, Georgia, but to remain in full force and effect as to the property not hereinbefore released.
