WITNESSETH that Healthmaster Home Health Care, Inc. , the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of)and in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Stevens Creek Road, known as Stevens Creek Road, has been laid out by Southern Partners, Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta Utilities Department, to which reference is hereby made. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the 'be~efit to said property by the construction and maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do h<;:reby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed. SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0.077 acre, more or less; and N/A sq. ft, of penn anent construction, maintenance' and slope easement, more or less; and 4,324.77 sq. ft. of temporary com:truction easement, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by Southern Partners, Inc., dated June 26, 1998, and revised January 1 L 2000, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
