DELETE THE INCORRECT PLAT REFERENCE "BOOK 1, PAGE 948" AND TO
SUBSTITUTE IN ITS PLACE THE CORRECT PLAT REFERENCE "BOOK 1, PAGE 949
FOR REAL PROPERTY CONVEYED BY SPRINT COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, L.P.,
. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO U.S. SPRINT COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, TO
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA BY SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED DATED MAY 12,2005, AND
FILED OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT FOR
RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, AT REALTY BOOK 991, PAGES 470-472.
THIS INDENTURE is made as of the ;t"3 "",..0 day of "'0".1<-"""'- ~.J<..I' , 2005,
between SPRINT COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, L.P. as successor in interest to U.S.
Sprjnt Communications Company, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," and AUGUST A,
GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"
("Grantor" and "Grantee" to include their respective successors and assigns where the context
requires or permits).
WITNESSETH
GRANTOR, in consideration for the sum of Forty-Six Thousand Four-Hundred-Twenty-
Eight and 00/1 00 ($46,428.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
whereof are hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed, and
by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, the following real property, to-wit:

All that parcel, piece or lot of land, together with improvements
thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of
Richmond, City of Augusta, being known and designated as "Tract
B" (0.35 ac.) as shown on a plat prepared for Augusta, Georgia by
Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst, P.C., dated February 23,2005,
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia, on April 21, 2005 at Book 1, page
949; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and
accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said
property.
This being a portion of the same property conveyed to US Sprint
- COl1l1nunications Company, a New York General Partnership
composed of US Telecom, Inc., a Kansas Corporation and GTE
Communications Services, Incorporated, a Delaware Corporation
by Warranty Deed from First Railroad & Banking Co. of Georgia
dated September 30, 1986 and filed of record in the Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County at realty reel 241,
page 1079, et seq.
Said property is conveyed subject to any easements or any
restrictions of record in the aforesaid Clerk's office.
Tax Map 046-2; Parcell 00.1
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described property, with all and singular the rights,
members and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said GRANTOR, its successors and assigns, in FEE SIMPLE.
And the said GRANTOR warrants and will forever defend the right and title to the
property unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, against the lawful claims of all
persons owning, holding or claiming by, through or under the said GRANTOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said GRANTOR has caused same to be executed by the
proper officials, with affixed seal and delivered these presents the day and year first above
written.
