This being a portion of the same property conveyed to US Sprint Communications Company, a New York General Partnership composed of US Telecom, Inc., a Kansas Corporation and GTE Communications Services, Incorporated, a Delaware Corporation by Warranty Deed from First Railroad & Banking Co. of Georgia dated September 30, 1986 and filed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County at realty reel 241, page 1079, et seq. Said property is conveyed subject to any easements or any restrictions of record in the aforesaid Clerk's office.
