subdivision of the State of Georgia, Party of the Second Part;

That the said Party of the First Part, by executing this DEED OF GIFT, has
remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents does remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, all of its right,

or minus acres, as shown on a plat thereof prepared for Augusta-Richmond
County Board of Commissioners by James G. Swift and Associates,
consulting engineers, dated December 9, 1996 and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
in Realty Reel ~, page $.Q:.-t"Reference is hereby made to said plat
