WITNESSETH that S&A Properties Corp. (S&A), the undersigned, is the
owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, Georgia, which over, through, and
across the Project has been laid out by Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst to which
reference is hereby made.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the
construction and maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR
($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, S&A does hereby
grant, sell and convey to Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia, a political subdivision of
the State of Georgia, a perpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth,
over, through and across the following lands, to-wit.
Said easement is hereby conveyed, consisting of 4,090 S.F. of permanent utility
easement and 1,750 S.F. of temporary construction easement as shown on a plat of the
property prepared by CRW, dated 9/16/98, revised n/a , attached hereto and made a
part of this description. Said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion
and final acceptance of subject Project or one year after signature of easement document,
whichever occurs first.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses,
to-wit: Installation and Maintenance of a Raw Water Main
Project: 60" Raw Water Transmission Main
The easement herein granted shall bind the successors and assigns of the undersigned.
