WITNESSE H that Kenneth L. Labrack, the undersigned, is the
owner of a ract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which
Tanglewoodj Kingston Subdivisions, known as Project
Tanglewood Ki ston Subdivisions Draina e 1m rovement, has been
laid out by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly
described in map and drawing of said project in the Public Works
Department, t which reference is hereby made.
COUNTY
NOW, TH REFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said
property by t e construction and maintenance of said project, and
in considerat on of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is he eby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey
to Augusta, eorgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and heir successors in office so much land as to make a
right-of-way or said project as surveyed.
said rig t-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting
of 12.102.80 q. ft., more or less, and N/A sq. ft. of permanent
drainage ease ent, more or less, and N / A sq. ft. of temporary
construction asement, more or less, as shown on a plat of the
property prep red by W. R. Toole, Engineers, Inc., dated Januarv
27. 1997, and revised November 17. 1997, attached hereto and made
a part of thi description.
D TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby warrant that I have the right to sell and convey
said land and bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators
forev,er to de end by virtue of these presents.
