PROJECT Mor2an Road Improvement
THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the fl day of ~ tffN~~ , 20~ .
WITNESSETH that H. Annette James. the undersigned, is the owner of a tract ofland in
RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Mor2an Road Improvement. known as Mor2an Road Improvement
Project, has been laid out by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing
of said project in the Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 2.515.51 Sq. ft., more or less; and
856.88 sq. ft. of permanent slope easement, more or less; and 2.150 sq. ft. of temporary construction easement,
more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by PM & A Consulting Engineers (Harbin & Harbin),
dated January 2000. and revised June 2000, attached hereto and made a part of this description.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents. .
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.

PROJECT Morgan Road Improvement
WITNESSETH that Freddie Dilworth, the undersigned, is (are) the owner(s) of a tract of land.in
Augusta, Georgia, which over, through, and across the above Project has been laid out by PM & A Consulting
Engineers (Harbin & Harbin), being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the
Augusta Public Works and Engineering Department, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said land by the construction and maintenance of
said Project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, a perpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth, over, through and across the following
lands, to-wit:
Said perpetual slope easement consists of 400 sq. ft., more or less, as shown on a plat of the property
prepared by PM & A Consulting Engineers (Harbin & Harbin), dated January 2000 , revised June 2000 , attached
hereto and made by reference a part hereoffor a more accurate and complete description of the perpetual easement.
ALSO granted is a temporary construction easement consisting of 801.51 sq. ft. , more or less, as shown
on said plat, said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion and final acceptance of said Project
by Augusta, Georgia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses, to-wit: construction and maintenance.
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.

PROJECT Morgan Road Improvement
WITNESSETH that Ronald L. and Damiana T. Maxwell, the undersigned, is ( are) the owner( s) of a tract
of land in Augusta, Georgia, which over, through, and across the above Project has been laid out by PM & A
Consulting Engineers (Harbin & Harbin), being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project
in thle Augusta Public Works and Engineering Department, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said land by the construction and maintenance of
said Project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, a perpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth, over, through and across the following
lands, to-wit:
Said perpetual slope easement consists of 400 sq. ft., more or less, as shown on <iplat of the property
prepared by PM & A Consulting Engineers (Iiarbin & Harbin), dated January 2000., revised June 2000, attached
hereto and made by reference a part hereof for a more accurate and complete description of the perpetual easement. .
ALSO granted is a temporary construction easement consisting of 799.90 sq. ft. , more or less, as shown
on said plat, said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion and fmal acceptance of said Project
by Augusta, Georgia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses, to-wit: construction and maintenance.
The easement herein granted shall bind tpe heirs and assigns of the undersigned.
