SHARMA WHEREAS, the Augusta Commission (hereinafter "City" or "Augusta ") by resolution dated February 2, 2010 approved the transfer and sale of a portion of the property located at the intersection of Wyevale Road and Windermere Drive, as more fully shown on a plat attached herewith (the "Property "), to the Augusta, Georgia Land Bank Authority (the "Land Bank "); and WHEREAS, G. B. Sharma has offered to purchase a portion of the Property estimated to be 0.99 acres. WHEREAS, the transfer of such Property from Augusta, Georgia was conditioned upon the net sales proceeds being delivered to Augusta, Georgia. NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved as follows: That the conveyance of the Property to G. B. Sharma is hereby approved as follows: 1. The transfer of the Property to G. B. Sharma at a purchase price of $5,000.00 is hereby approved.. 2. It is further resolved that the Chairman of the Augusta, Georgia Land Bank Authority and its Secretary are authorized to execute a Limited Warranty Deed to G. B. Sharma and such other documentation as may reasonably be required, in form approved by the Authority's Attorney, conveying all of the Augusta, Georgia Land Bank Authority's interest in the Property, to G. B. Sharma, subject to easements and restrictions of record. 3. That the net proceeds from the sale of the Property shall be delivered to Augusta, Georgia. 4. This Resolution shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Augusta Georgia Land Bank Authority, accompanied by the exhibits referred to herein.
