RESOLUTION
APPROVING A DEED OF DEDICATION AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
ON MAGNOLIA VILLAS, PHASE II FOR THE WATER AND GRAVITY
SANITARY SEWER
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has been petitioned to approve
a Deed of Dedication and Maintenance Agreement for the water and gravity sanitary sewer
systems in Magnolia Villas, Phase II, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit
B; and
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has elected to approve the
Deed of Dedication and Maintenance Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for approval of the Deed of Dedication and Maintenance
Agreement by the Augusta-Richmond County Commission be shown by execution of said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved as follows:
1. The Augusta-Richmond County Commission does hereby approve the Deed of
Dedication and Maintenance Agreement.
2. It is further determined that the Mayor of Augusta, Georgia shall execute the Deed
and Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
This Resolution shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission, accompanied by the exhibits referred to herein.
Duly adopted by the Augusta-Richmond county Commission, this 16th day of September
2008.
