AgFirst Farm Credit Bank to Augusta, Georgia, in connection with the above project, dated
March 29, 1999, which has been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court
of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 643, pages 2324-2325,

THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the 29th day of
March
, 19 99
WITNESSETH that the R. A. McElmurrav, Jr., and AgFirst Farm Credit Bank the undersigned,
is the owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Brothersville Road/Hephzibah-
McBean Road, !mown as Project Brothersville Road/Hephzibah-McBean Road, has been laid out by
Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst, P.c., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said
project in the Public Works Department Office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and
maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby ac!mowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way
for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0.19 acre, more or less; N/A
acre of permanent drainage and utility easement, more or less; and N/ A acre of temporary construction
and driveway easement, more or less, as shown on a plat of the property prepared by Cranston, Robertson
& Whitehurst, P.C., dated August 3, 1998, and revised N/A, attached hereto and made a part of this
desl;ripiion.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my
heirs, executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.
