QUITCLAIM DEED FOR RELEASE OF DEED TO SECURE DEBT
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF RICHMOND
This INDENTURE, is between Wachovia Bank, National Association (formerly known as First Union
National Bank of North Carolina), hereinafter called Grantee, and AUGUSTA TENNIS CLUB, INC., A
CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA,
WITH ITS PRINCIPLA OFFICE IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA AND THE COUNTY OF RICHMOND,
hereinafter called Grantor.
WITNESSETH That: Grantee for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, has bargained, sold and does hereby bargain, sell,
remise, release and forever quitclaim to Grantor the interest of Grantee, arising solely by virtue of the lien
of that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Grantor to Grantee, dated June 2, 1987, and recorded in Deed
Book 264, Page 1624 on June 24, 1987 in the RICHMOND County, Georgia Records. The Deed to
Secure Debt covers certain real property, together with all of the rights, members, appurtenances of or to
the foregoing property or anywise appertaining or belonging thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the foregoing property unto the Grantor so that neither the Grantee, nor any
other person or persons claiming under the Grantee shall at any time claim or demand any right, title, or
interest to the foregoing property and any appurtenances belonging thereto.
