OWENS hereby joins in this conveyance granting to the party of the second part any interest he may have in the hereinabove described property by virtue of a deed conveying a 1/3 undivided interest from Paul V, Davis and Robert L. Meybohm to Oliver W. Owens, dated February 9, 1984, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 178, Page 1210, or by any other recorded or unrecorded documEmt. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises to the party of the second part, so that neither the parties of the first part, nor their heirs, successors or assigns, nor any other person or persons claiming under them shall at any time, by any means or ways, have claim, or demand any right or title to the aforesaid described premises, or appurtenances of in any rights thereof.
