SOUTHERN REGION INDUSTRIAL REALTY, INC., a Georgia corporation, Grantor, pa11y of
the first part; and CITY OF AUGUSTA, Georgia, a political subdivision under the laws of the
State of Georgia, Grantee, party of the second part;
WIT N E SSE T H:
THAT the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE THOUSAND AND
NOll 00 DOLLARS ($5,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by
Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain, sell,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto said Grantee, its Sllccessors and assigns, al i uf th~
right, title and interest of the said Grantor in and to the following described property: to wit,
Being all that property acquired by deed of Richard A. Prior to Empire Land
Company dated April 6, 1959, recorded in Realty Book R-25-W, pages 403-405.
RESERVING unto Grantor, its successors and assigns, a permanent and exclusive
easement for the maintenance and utilization of existing fiber optic, signal, and other

communications lines as well as any facilities incident thereto, over, under, across and through
the subject property.
FURTHER RESERVING unto Grantor, its successors and assigns, a permanent and
exclusive easement for the maintenance, utilization, and replacement (including but not limited
to ingress and egress) of existing signboards over, under, across and through the subject
property.
SUBJECT, to all restrictions, covenants, conditions, reservations, licenses, and
easements, whether or not of record.
