Reference is hereby made to said plat and it is incorporated herein for a more complete and accurate description of the metes, bounds and location of said property. Book 01200:2286 Augusta-Richmond County 2008052379 12/18/2008 15:37:04.00 This Quit-Claim Deed is for the purpose of confirming that the Grantor makes no claim to the above described property and that it does not dispute the assertion that fee simple title to said property is vested in the Grantee by deed and as the result of its adverse possession thereof and that of its predecessors in title. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said property unto Grantee, so that neither Grantor nor any entity, person or persons claiming under said Grantor shall at any time or by any means or ways, have, claim or demand any right or title to said property or appurtenances. Where the context requires or permits, the terms "Grantor" or "Grantee" shall include their respective heirs, successors and assigns. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents to be executed and delivered by its duly authorized officers and its seal to be affixed on the day and year first above written.
