Zia THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this .2 y day of , 2010, by and between
National Hills Exchange, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, hereinafter called party of the
first part, which expression shall include the plural as well as the singular, and heirs, legal
representatives, successors and assigns, where the context so requires or admits, and Augusta -
Richmond County, Georgia, hereinafter called party of the second part, which expression shall
include the plural as well as the singular, and heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns,
where the context so requires or admits.
WITNESSETH:
THAT the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO /100
DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration by the said party of the second part,
the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, has bargained, granted, sold, aliened,
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does bargain, grant, sell, alien, convey, confirm and
quitclaim unto the said party of the second part, the property described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH, all and singular, the rights, ways, easements, members, privileges and
appurtenances to the said property, being, belonging, or in any way appertaining, and the rents,
reversions, issues and profits thereof, and of every part thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said property, and all and singular said rights and privileges,
unto the said party of the second part, in fee simple, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused this instrument to be
executed as of the day and year first above written.

QUIT -CLAIM DEED OF RELEASE
COUNTY OF RICHMOND
THIS INDENTURE, made this 3o day of April, 2010 between BBVA Compass
Bank, as successor to Guaranty Bank, as party of the first part, and National Hills Exchange,
LLC, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE AND
NO /100 DOLLARS ($5.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy
of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold, and by these presents does remise, convey
and forever QUIT -CLAIM to the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, the real
property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
THE purpose of this instrument being to release any right, title and interest to the party of
the second party which the party of the first part may have in and to said property including, but no
limited to any right by virtue of that certain Deed to Secure Debt and Security Agreement from
National Hills Exchange, LLC in favor of Guaranty Bank, now BBVA Compass Bank, dated
September 11, 2007, recorded in Book 1142, page 1317, (the "Security Deed "), that certain
Assignment of Leases and Rents from Nadonal Hills Exchange, LLC in favor of Guaranty Bank,
now BBVA Compass Bank, dated September 11, 2007, recorded in Book 1142, page 1368, (the
"Assignment"), and that certain UCC Financing Statement indicating National Hills Exchange, LLC
as Debtor and Guaranty Bank as Secured Party, now BBVA Compass Bank, recorded on September
13, 2007, recorded in Book 1142, page 1378 (the "UCC "), in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior
Clerk of Richmond County Georgia. Except for the release of the herein described property, said
Security Deed, Assignment, and UCC shall remain in full force and effect.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises to the said party of the second
part, so that neither the said party of the first part nor any other person or persons claiming under it
shall at any time, by any means or ways, have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid
described premises or appurtenances, or any rights thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused this instrument to be
executed by its duly authorized officers who affixed the corporate seal as of the day and year first
above written.
