THIS INDENTURE, MADE THIS 20th day of January .2009, between
Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., party or parties of the first part
(hereinafter referred to as Grantor) and Robert G. Hamilton, pa.r1'j or parties ofthe
second part (hereinafter referred to as Grantee).

WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor part for and in consideration of the
sum of ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, cash in
hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold and
does by these presents bargain, sell, remise, release, and forever quit-claim to
Grantee, its heirs and assigns, allthe right, title, interest, claim or demand which the
. said party of the first part has or may have had in and to the following described
property:
0.041 acre (1,787.79 sq. ft.) in fee on Alexander Drive Project, STP-
0001-00(794).
with all the rights, members and appurtenances to the said described premises in
anywise appertaining or belonging.
This Quitclaim Deed is executed and delivered for the purpose of releasing the
property and appurtenances from the lien and effect of the following instruments:
Deed to Secure Debt from Robert G. Hanlilton to Mortgage Electronic Registration
System, Inc. recorded in Deed Book 01004, page 2259 of Richmond County,
Georgia records.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said party
of the second part, its heirs and assigns, so that neither the said party of the first part
nor its heirs, nor any other person or persons claiming under it shall at any time,
claim or demand any right, title or interest to the aforesaid described premises or its
appurtenances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto set its
hand and affixed its seal the day and year above written.

Consent of Lien Holder
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems. Inc. ("Lienholder"), hereby consents to the
grant of the foregoing 0.015 acre permanent construction and maintenance easement
by Robert G. Hamilton to Augusta. Georgia, and, joins in the
execution hereof solely as Lien Holder and hereby does agree that in the event of the
foreclosure of said mortgage, or other sale of said property described in said mortgage
under judicial or non-judicial proceedings, the same shall be sold subject to said 0.015
acre permanent construction and maintenance easement.
