QUITCLAIM DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into by and between Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage successor in interest to Union
Planters Bank, N.A., hereinafter designated as Grantor, and Masood Ahmed and Mohammad A. Masrorr, Joint Tenants with Right of
Survivorship of the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, hereinafter designated as the Grantees:
WITNESSETH: That, Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of One and no/lOO Dollar ($1.00) to Grantor in hand paid by the
Grantee, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has released, remised
and forever quitclaimed, and by these presents does release, remise, quitclaim and convey unto the said Grantee, Grantee's heirs and
assigns, from the lien, force and effect of that certain Security Deed all the right, title and the interest of Grantor arising solely by
virtue of the lien of that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage successor in interest to Union
Planters Bank, N.A. to Masood Ahmed and Mohammad A. Masrorr, Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship, dated 06/10/2005,
securing payment of $64,000.00 and recorded on Page 2399 in Book 00996 as Instrument Number 2005030894 on 6/20/2005 in the
County of Richmond, State of Georgia Deed Records in and to the following described real property to-wit:
Legal description of ONLY that portion of the conveyed property that is being released, with all the rights, members and
appurtenances to the said described premises in anywise appertaining or belonging: See "Exhibit A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference for all purposes.
The purpose of this conveyance is to release the above described property from a certain Deed to Secure Debt dated 06/10/2005 and
recorded as Instrument Number 2005030894, on 6/20/2005 in the County of Richmond, State of Georgia Deed Records. Provided,
however, that this release shall not be construed to waive or in any manner affect or invalidate the lien of said Deed to Secure Debt
upon the residue of the property therein described.
The Clerk of the Superior Court should note on the record of the above Deed to Secure Debt the recording data of this instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has hereunto set its hand unto and affixed their seal this the 30th day of March, 2009.

Beginning at a point 65 feet left of and opposite Station 22+ 72. 73 on the construction centerline of
Alexander Drive on Georgia Highway Project No. STP-0001-00 (794) ; running thence N 24044'28.6" E a
distance of 26.00 feet to a point 65.00 feet left of and opposite station 22+98.73 on said construction
centerline laid out for ALEXANDER DRIVE; thence S 65056'57.5" E a distance of 22.43 feet to a point
42.57 feet left of and opposite station 22+99.00 on said construction centerline laid out for ALEXANDER
DRIVE; thence S 24003'39.4" W a distance of 26.00 feet to a point 42.26 feet left of and opposite station
