Masrorr, Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship, dated 06/10/2005, securing payment of $64,000.00 and recorded on Page 2399 in Book 00996 as Instrument Number 2005030894 on 6/20/2005 in the County of Richmond, State of Georgia Deed Records in and to the following described real property to-wit: Legal description of ONLY that portion of the conveyed property that is being released, with all the rights, members and appurtenances to the said described premises in anywise appertaining or belonging: See "Exhibit A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. The purpose of this conveyance is to release the above described property from a certain Deed to Secure Debt dated 06/10/2005 and recorded as Instrument Number 2005030894, on 6/20/2005 in the County of Richmond, State of Georgia Deed Records. Provided, however, that this release shall not be construed to waive or in any manner affect or invalidate the lien of said Deed to Secure Debt upon the residue of the property therein described.
