WITNESSETH that Marvin Griffin Road Investments. LLC . the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of
HMOND COUNTY, through which Marvin Griffin Road . known as Marvin Griffm Road hnprovement
been laid out by Hussey. Gay. Bell & Devoung. Inc., being more particularly described in a map and
~aid project in the Augusta Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
W, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance of
