THE UNDERSIGNED, AUGUSTA, GEORGIA is the holder of that certain Deed to Secure
Debt from THE MARION BUILDING, L.P. to THE CITY COUNCIL OF AUGUSTA, GEORGIA
dated September 29, 1993, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia at Realty Reel 444, p. 1454 et seq. The obligations secured by said
Deed to Secure Debt have been satisfied, but the said Deed to Secure Debt has been lost or
misplaced and cannot be located.
The Clerk of Superior Court for Richmond County, Georgia is hereby authorized and
directed to mark said Deed to Secure Debt satisfied of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Security Deed Satisfaction to
