DEED OF GIFT
THIS INDENTURE, made thisZ8fi.day of December, 1998, by and
between M. BERT STOREY, of Richmond County, Georgia, as party of the first part, and
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of the
second part;
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of his desire to
donate his below described property to his hometown for some public use, has given,
granted and conveyed and by these presents does give, grant and convey unto the party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, all of his right, title and interest in and
to the following described property, to-wit
All that lot, tract or parcel of land, with all improvements
thereon, situate, lying and being in Richmond County,
Georgia, on the South side of White Road, containing 10.35
acres and being bounded as follows: on the North by White
Road, property now or formerly of the Estate of H. Gould
Barrett and property now or formerly of Ramsey; on the East

by property now or formerly of Ramsey, property now or
formerly -of the Estate of H. Gould Barrett, Florida Avenue

and a portion of Glendale Subdivision; South by Glendale
Subdivision; and West by property now or formerly of Wagner
and property now or formerly of the Estate of H. Gould
Barrett. Said property is more specifically shown on a plat
made by Joe L. Grant, Surveyor, dated October 29, 1968,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court
of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 35-Y, page
373, which plat by reference thereto is made part hereof.
ALSO hereby conveyed is a ten foot easement for water from
Wharton Drive to the property herein described, the center
line of said easement being the boundary line between Lots
Nos. 21 and 22, Block "L", Section 5, of Glendale Subdivision
as shown on a plat of said section of said subdivision
recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Realty Book 29-M,
page 924; said easement being set out in an instrument
recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Realty Book 36-C,
page 495
Said property is conveyed subject to a twenty-foot sanitary
sewer easement as more specifically set forth in an
instrument recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Realty
Book 21-Y, page 505 and a twenty-foot drainage easement
extending along the Southern boundary line of said property
and being specifically shown on the plat heretofore referred.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said parcel of land, together with all rights,
ways and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the party of

the second part, its successors and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
