WITNESSETH that Herman Lenhardt and Lori A. Lenhardt, the undersigned, is the owner of a tract
ofland in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Youngblood Drive. mown as Youll2blood Drive (Paving
Various Roads. Phase vrn . Proiect). has been laid out by W. R. Toole Engineers. Inc. . being more particularly
described in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta Engineering office,to which reference is hereby
made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acmowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0.01 acre (371 sq. ft.) , more or less;
and N/A Sq. ft. of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or less; and N/A sq. ft. of
temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by W. R. Toole
Engineers. Inc. , dated May 15.2004, revised January 17.2006, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executorsa,nd administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.

FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Mortgage Electronic
Registration sytems,Inp.whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2026,
Flint, MI 48501-2026 , joins in this conveyance for
the purpose of releasing and quitclaiming all of its right, title and interest in and to
the Security Deed Lori A. Lenhardt and Herman Lenhardt to Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems ,dated July 20, 2004 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Reel 940,
page 1559, said Security Deed being satisfied pro tanto only as to the property
consisting of 0.01 acre (371 sq. ft.), in fee, and being conveyed to Augusta,
Georgia, but to remain in full force and effect as to the property not hereinbefore.

It is expressly understood that the release of said parcel from the lien shall
not in any way affect the lien of said Security Deed upon the remaining land
thereby subject to the Security Deed.
