WITNESSETH that Lola L. Clark and Lola L. Clark as Executrix for J Wayne Clark the undersigned,
of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Marvin Griffin Road, known as Marvin
I Improvement Project has been laid out by Hussey, Gay, Bell & Deyoung Inc being more particularly
