TIllS CONVEYANCE made and executed the ~ day of :f-~~<, 20 C6 .
WITNESSETH that Marv Phillips McElmurrav . the undersigned, is the. wner of a tract of land m
RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Little Spirit Creek Well Field, known as Little Spirit Creek Well Field
Project, has been laid out by James G. Swift and Associates, being more particularly described in a map and
drawing of said project in the Office of Augusta Utilities, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and
maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the
State of Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as
surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0,06 acre, more or less; and ~
foot sq. ft. of temporary construction easement, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by James G.
Swift and Associates dated November 16. 1999 . and revised December 15. 1999, attached hereto and made a
part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.
