(M day of May, 2010 between AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through the Augusta - Richmond County Commission, as party of the First Part, and the AUGUSTA, GEORGIA LAND BANK AUTHORITY, as party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: That this conveyance is made pursuant to a Resolution duly adopted on February 2, 2010 by the Augusta - Richmond County Commission.
